​Digital pressure gauges are widely used in the industry due to their high precision, fast response time, and ease of use. Today, I will share the installation precautions of digital pressure gauges, as follows:

1. Before installing the digital pressure gauge on the equipment, check whether the gauge head and measuring hole are clean, otherwise it may cause errors. During use, the pipeline also needs to be kept clean.

2. After installation, confirm whether the range matches the pressure range. This operation is to avoid pressure overload or low resolution, and to ensure the normal use of the digital pressure gauge.

3. The on-site use conditions should meet the requirements of the technical parameters of the digital pressure gauge. Correctly select the instrument range, the measured pressure cannot exceed the upper and lower limits of the instrument, and sufficient overpressure safety margin should be left.

4. The temperature of the measured medium shall not exceed the operating temperature range of the digital pressure gauge. When used in corrosive and vibrating places, the sealing and vibration resistance of the digital pressure gauge should also be ensured.
